Notte Rosa 2014
Friday 4th July, Notte Rosa is back! Many events will take place in Cesenatico, Rimini, Cattolica and Milano Marittima.
Many chef will be present at this new edition of the event La Notte Rosa: Di Bernardo, Donegaglia, Liuzzi, Raschi, Scarpelli e Trovato will offer many new recipes and surprises, anticipating the news that will be shown at the event Giornata mondiale delle cucine regionali italiane nel segno dell’Expo 2015, that will take place in restaurants all over the world from July 22nd to July 27th
This initiative is promoted by INformaCIBO under the patronage of xpo 2015 Milano and APT and with the support of ibus, Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma, Consorzio del Parmigiano Reggiano, Fabbri 1905 and Parma Alimentare.
A great news from this year edition is the initiative Il gelato nel piatto, and idea from Chef Claudio Di Bernardo of Grand Hotel Rimini: you can taste sweet or salted gelato, some of them with a very particular taste like the Gelato di risotto al Parmigiano Reggiano.
Some of the recipe made with Amarena Fabbri are “Amore d’Amarena” created by chef Stefano Donegaglia e Alessandro Trovato and the famous Trifle, rivisited by Chef Roberto Scarpelli.
