Ingredients

  • 250 g dry biscuits
  • 150 g butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • 40 g white flour 
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Amarena Fabbri

Preparation

Prepare the crust: add the chopped biscuits to the sugar and melted butter. Pour the mix into the moulde and press evenly.

Refrigerate for about 15 minutes. In the meantime prepare the filling. Whip the eggs with sugar in a bowl, then add cheese, cream, lemon juice and flour until uniform.

Pour the filling into the crust, add Amarena Fabbri cherries to taste and leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Bake in the oven at 220°C for 15 min. Lower the oven temperature to 150°C and bake for 1 hour. Turn off the oven without removing the cheesecake and allow it to cool. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
