Muffin preparation: Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl (flour, sugar, baking powder, vanillin and cocoa powder). In another bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients (milk, oil, egg, and liqueur). Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well. Filling preparation: Beat the cream cheese together with the sugar and liqueur until the mixture is smooth. Fill the muffin cases with a generous spoonful of the mixture, followed by a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture and 2 amarenas, and then add another spoonful of muffin mixture. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Decorate with an amarena and dust with icing sugar.
