500 g shortcrust pastry

1 spoonful of aniseed liqueur

1 spoonful (all together) of nutmeg cloves and cinnamon

Icing sugar

Add the spices and liqueur to the dough. Put the amarenas on the bottom of a cake tin covered with baking paper, and roll out the pastry on top of the amarenas, so it is a few centimeters thick. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, dust with icing sugar and leave to cool.
