Soft Amarena Cake

Soft Amarena Cake

180 g 00 flour 

180 g sugar

3 eggs

1 carton of cherry or amarena yogurt

3 spoonfuls oil

Grated lemon rind

Fabbri Amarenas

Beat the eggs with the sugar.  Add the sifted flour and the yogurt, followed by the oil and lemon rind. Pour the mixture into a fairly small cake tin because the cake doesn’t rise. Decorate with amarenas. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for about 25 minutes.
