First, crush the dry biscuits. Then mix them with the cold melted butter and a spoonful of honey. Press the mixture into the bottom of a dish, lined with baking paper. In the meantime, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Whip the cream in a bowl using an electric whisk. When the gelatin has softened, squeeze out the excess water and melt it in a pan with a little bit of milk. When it has melted, pour it into the whipped cream. Add the yogurt and stir well. Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base and leave to set in the refrigerator for a few hours. Decorate with delicious amarenas.
