Mix all the ingredients together to make a soft dough. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the orange juice and chocolate drops. The mixture should not be particularly runny. Roll out the pastry and cut into strips (about 4cm x 10cm). Spread the filling on top and make little cuts in the strips of pastry (about half a centimeter long). Then roll up the pastry strips and open out the petals. Place an Amarena in the centre and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
