Pour the contents of the FABBRI Fiordilatte gelato mix into a bowl together with the sugar and milk. Stir well until the sugar dissolves. Add the fresh cream and stir, and then pour the mixture into the ice cream machine. The freezing process should take about 25 to 35 minutes, depending which model you use. Prepare the individual bowls and decorate them…I used some Fabbri amarenas and a few spoonfuls of Amarena syrup, some dark chocolate shavings and finally some Kroccant……….. it was truly delicious!!! If there is any left you can keep it in a tub with a lid in the freezer. Thanks to Fabbri I was able to use these products to make several fussy eaters very happy!
