Chocolate Shot Glasses with Gelato and Amarenas
Ingredients

200 g dark chocolate

Spray Cream, as required

Gelato in the flavor of your choice, as required

Fabbri Amarenas, as required

Time

More thnan 1 hour

Method

Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and use a silicone brush to cover the sides and bottom of the shot glass molds (also in silicone). Leave the molds in the freezer for at least 5 hours. Turn out the molds and fill them with gelato. (I chose chocolate chip gelato).  Finally, add some cream and a few amarenas!
