Cherry Muffins

240 g flour

100 g cane sugar

100 g Fabbri Amarena

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 pinch salt

2 eggs

80 g butter

120 ml milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


20 - 60 minutes

Sift the flour into a large bowl.  Add the cane sugar, amarenas, baking powder and a pinch of salt and stir until the mixture is smooth.  Beat the eggs with the melted butter, milk and vanilla extract and add to the mixture. Put the mixture into muffin cases in a muffin tin and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
