Caradamom and Amanena Pancakes

125 ml milk 

100 g flour

30 Fabbri Amarenas

1 egg 

1 spoonful of butter 

2 teaspoons of vanilla-flavored baking powder 

1 teaspoon of sugar 

½ teaspoon of ground cardamom seeds

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. In the meantime heat a large non-stick frying pan and carefully pour in a few spoonfuls of the batter to make pancakes with a diameter of about 10cm. When bubbles appear on the surface, turn the pancakes over and cook for a few more seconds. Serve hot drenched in Amarena syrup, or even with your favorite flavor of Fabbri Mini Topping.
