Apple and Amarena Flognarde

300ml milk 

2 apples 

1 spoonful cinnamon powder 

40g 00 flour 

40g corn starch 

90g sugar 

1 lemon

Start by turning on the oven to 180°C, because this dessert is really quick to prepare. Grease and flour 6 ramekin dishes with a diameter of about 10cm. In a bowl, mix the flour with the corn starch. Beat the eggs, sugar and cinnamon powder together using a food processor or a normal whisk. Keep beating until the mixture is foamy, which will take about 10 minutes. In the meantime, peel and core the apples and cut them into cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and put them into the ramekins, together with the Fabbri amarenas (about 5 per ramekin). Add the flour to the eggs and beat for a couple of minutes. Pour the mixture into the ramekin dishes on top of the apple and amarenas and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
