  • 110 g rice
  • 50 g water
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 75 g toasted almonds
  • 25 g icing sugar
  • 250 g cream (whipped)
  • Amarena Fabbri
Preparation

Cook the rice in boiling water for 2 minutes. Add the sugar and milk and continue boiling, stirring frequently.

Add the seeds from the vanilla pod and finish fully cooking the rice. Let cool. Chop the almonds and add them to the rice, then fold in the whipped cream and mix.

Pour the mixture into glasses or dessert cups, and top with Amarena Fabbri cherries and syrup to taste
