For the shortcrust pastry

1000 g flour 

250 g butter 

Grated rind of 1 lemon 

500 g sugar

5 egg yolks 

A little bit of salt 

For the custard

6 spoonfuls of flour

6 spoonfuls of sugar 

6 egg yolks 

300 g dark chocolate 

For the rest

500 g amarenas

400 g almond paste


Less than 20 minutes

Line a dish with the shortcrust pastry. First add a layer of almond paste, and then a layer of chocolate custard, followed by the amarenas. Cover with another layer of shortcrust pastry. Prepare with 2 layers of custard, one plain and one chocolate.
