500 ml liquid cream 

250 ml milk 

150 g sugar 

5 sheets of gelatin

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Put the cream, milk and sugar into a pan and warm on a low heat. Squeeze the excess water out of the gelatin and add to the mixture. Be careful not to bring the mixture to the boil, or the gelatin won’t work and the mixture won’t thicken. As soon as the gelatin has dissolved, pour the mixture into shot glasses and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Add the Fabbri amarenas and a bit of syrup and then serve. Alternative version: Before pouring the mixture into the shot glasses, divide it into 2 parts and add some Fabbri amarena syrup to one of the parts, and stir well. Pour a bit of the plain mixture into the shot glasses and place in the freezer for 5 minutes. As soon as it has set slightly, remove from the freezer and pour in a layer of amarena mixture. Repeat the procedure with as many layers as you wish. The dessert will look awesome! You can easily make the dessert the day before serving. But be careful, because everyone will love it, so make sure you prepare plenty!
