100 g flour

3.5 g yeast

1 spoonful of olive oil

1 teaspoon of salt

Crumble the yeast into a large bowl and dissolve it in 250ml of lukewarm water. Gradually add the flour, followed by the salt, dissolved in 100ml of room temperature water. Add the oil and stir until the dough is smooth. Make the dough into apple-sized balls, cover with a cloth and leave to rise for 3 – 4 hours. Roll out the dough in the shape of your choice (square, round, etc). Put the pieces of dough onto a baking tray covered with baking paper. Prick the dough with a fork and scatter the amarenas on top. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for about 20 – 30 minutes.
