Preparation

Arrange the still empty ramekins on a tray or small plate and pour a bottom of Kroccant. Fill the ramekins with 1 drained Amarena Fabbri. Cover with Kroccant. Put the tray in the refrigerator for a few minutes. In a moment your pralines will be ready!

You can create all kinds of pralines, follow your taste and imagination. Try using chopped hazelnuts, almonds or your favorite dried fruit. And if you want to impress your guests, here's a great chef's tip: pour a base of Kroccant into the pralines and put the tray in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

When the Kroccant has solidified, pour a layer of your favorite Fabbri Top: Caramel, Wild Strawberry, Pistachio... there are so many to try! Fill with Kroccant and return the tray to the refrigerator.
You won't believe your eyes, they'll go fast.
