A sweet breakfast volcano

2 slices of white sandwich bread

Milk as required

15 Fabbri Amarenas

2 spoonfuls of Fabbri Amarena syrup

50g Asiago cheese

30g Taleggio cheese

1 teaspoon of corn starch icing sugar 

Pudding basin

Line the pudding basin with the sandwich bread: Cut out a circle of bread to cover the base of the pudding basin, cut the bread into strips to cover the sides and cut out a bigger circle to close the dessert. Press the bread into the pudding basin and brush with cold milk. Chop the cheese into little pieces and put them into the bread-lined pudding basin. Add some amarenas, followed by more pieces of cheese. Cover with the bigger circle of bread and brush with cold milk. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until it is slightly golden. Blend the amarenas with the syrup and add a teaspoon of corn starch to thicken the mixture. Turn out the volcano, and cut the small circle of bread. Pour in the amarena mixture to look like lava, and also pour it onto the sides of the volcano. Dust with icing sugar. Serve warm in order to enjoy the melted cheese and the crunchy bread.
