Remove the seeds from the vanilla pod and stir them into the contents of a tub of fresh cream cheese. Use a hand whisk to beat in as much sugar as you want. Whip the cream in a separate bowl and then add to the mixture. Stir in spoonfuls of cream until you have the consistency you want. You don’t need to add gelatin, as this cheesecake should be soft and creamy. Crush the Cocoa flavoured Sandwich Cookies and then press them into the base. Drizzle with amarena juice. Use a piping bag to add the creamy mixture, and then place an amarena on top. Finish with a spoon and a bit of crushed cookies. Enjoy!!
