80 g dry biscuits

Vanilla gelato

Method

First, crush the biscuits in a food processor. Then take a sundae glass and create alternate layers of biscuit crumbs and vanilla gelato. Decorate the top of the sundae with Fabbri amarenas. Serve and enjoy!
