Make the dough with the flour, water and chopped amarenas. Roll out the pasta and make the ravioli with a filling of chopped Taleggio and Gorgonzola cheeses. Press the edges closed and cook the pasta in boiling water. Melt the butter in a pan and toss the cooked ravioli in the melted butter. Finish with round pepper, Parmesan cheese and a few amarenas.
