  • 4 rounds of tomino cheese 
  • Amarena Fabbri, fruit and syrup 
  • 50 g lamb's lettuce 
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste 
  • Balsamic vinegar to taste 
Preparation

Serve each round of tomino with Amarena Fabbri and its syrup. 
 
Accompany the tomino cheese with 50 g of lamb’s lettuce, washed and dressed with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.
