Method

Roll out the marzipan between two layers of tinfoil. Spread out the soft nougat on the marzipan. Dry 8-10 Amarena cherries from the syrup, chop them into small pieces and spread them on the nougat. Roll it into a fine swissroll and press it gently. Cover it with dark coating chocolate.
