Potatoes: peel the potatoes and cut them in half, lengthways. Parboil them in salted water for about 3 minutes, and then put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Season with oil, salt and spices. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes (depending on the size of the potatoes).
Hamburgers: mix all the ingredients together and shape the mixture into little walnut-sized hamburgers. Grill on both sides.
Topping: cut the Provola into thin slices and cover the flat surface of each potato. Place the mini hamburgers on top and put in the oven to allow the Provola to melt. Put the potato in the middle of a plate, with the amarenas on top.
Decorate with balsamic vinegar glaze and oregano.
