Rinse the fruit and mix it with the lemon juice and sugar. Add a couple of spoonfuls of Fabbri Amarena syrup and about ten Amarenas. In a separate bowl, run the butter and flour together until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs, and then stir in the pinch of salt, sugar and chopped almonds. Put the fruit into little ovenproof dishes, cover with the crumble mixture and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Serve lukewarm, with a scoop of vanilla gelato if you wish.
