Prepare the gelato according to the instructions on the packet and put it in the freezer. Wash and dry the fruit, and cut it into pieces. You can add lemon juice and sugar if you want, in which case leave it to rest for a while. Put scoops of gelato into bowls and spoon the fruit salad on top, followed by more scoops. Top off with Fabbri amarenas and a bit of amarena syrup.
