Prepare the gelato according to the instructions on the packet (this gelato takes just 5 minutes to make), and then put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours. In the meantime make the sponge cake (I used a 24 cm cake tin). Click here for the recipe or buy a ready-made one. Use a cookie cutter that is the same size as your bowls to cut out little discs – you will need two for each bowl. Cut the fruit into little squares. Take the individual bowls and assemble your desserts. First add a few little squares of fruit, then add some Fabbri Chocolate Top and sprinkle some chopped hazelnuts on top. Then slowly place the first sponge disc in the bowl (I wet it with a bit of liqueur), followed by the Fabbri fiordilatte gelato and then the other sponge disc, again soaked in a bit of liqueur. Finish off with some spray cream and decorate with delicious amarenas and chopped pistachio nuts. Enjoy this moment of sweetness!
