Ingredients

100 g Fabbri Amarenas

300 g flour

120 g sugar

3eggs

100 g butter

1 glass of milk 

1 pinch of salt

Backing Powder

Time

20 - 60 minutes

Serves

Method

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, butter and amarenas (previously dipped in flour), and then add the milk, flour, salt and stiff beaten egg whites, followed by the baking powder. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
