Fill a large bowl with a bit of water, and dip a slice of Carasau bread in it until it goes soggy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bread from the bowl and drain off the water. Place it on a baking tray covered with baking paper and spread some Fabbri amarenas and syrup on top. Gently fold the slice of Carasau bread and then place it in the oven for 3 – 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, put the Carasau crepe on a plate and decorate with a scoop of vanilla gelato and some more Fabbri amarenas.
