Canortino with custard and amarenas


For the pastry

50 g flour 

1 spoonful of sugar

1/2 glass of rum 

25 g butter 

1 pinch of salt 

3 spoonfuls of unsweetened cocoa powder 

300 g Fabbri Amarenas

Mix all the ingredients to form a smooth dough, and then leave to rest for an hour and a half.  Roll out the pastry and cut out disc shapes using a cookie cutter (or use a glass if you don’t have a cookie cutter). Fry them in plenty of oil and dry them on kitchen paper.  Make the custard. Before serving, create alternate layers of pastry, custard and Fabbri amarenas with amarena syrup, and then the dessert is ready to serve!!!
