Caesar’s mushrooms in amarena sauce

Ingredients

2 Caesar’s mushrooms

Lemon

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil

7 – 8 Fabbri Amarenas

1 crushed breadstick

Lemon

A slice of crusty bread or savory focaccia

Time

Less than 20 minutes

Method

Thinly slice the Caesar’s mushrooms, and dip them in the mixture of oil, lemon, salt and pepper. Prepare the sauce by adding the breadstick crumbs to the amarenas with a bit of lemon. Spread the sauce and the mushrooms onto slices of crusty bread. Enjoy.
