Ingredients

400 ml chilled fresh cream

3 egg whites

60g vanilla-flavored icing sugar (or 60g icing sugar and a sachet of vanillin)

Fabbri Amarenas and their juice

White chocolate shavings

Method

Whip the fresh cream in a large bowl.  In another bowl, whisk the egg whites with the icing sugar until they are stiff. Gently blend the two mixtures together. Line a loaf tin (preferably silicone) with plastic wrap, and pour one third of the white mixture into the tin.  Then drop a few Fabbri amarenas into the mixture, along with a few spoonfuls of amarena juice, and some white chocolate shavings. Repeat the procedure and finish with a final layer of the creamy mixture. Leave in the freezer for 5 hours. Before serving, turn out the dessert and decorate as you wish.  I used some Fabbri Fruits of the Forest Top and amarenas, as well as white chocolate shavings. I didn’t manage to take a photograph of the slice because I had to serve it straight away, but believe me, it looked fantastic!  You’ll just have to try it for yourselves!!
