Mix the melted butter with the icing sugar and then gradually stir in the eggs, sifted flour and baking powder, and finally the cream (add more cream if the mixture is too thick). Add the amarenas and pour the mixture into muffin cases. Bake for 20 minutes and leave to cool completely before decorating.For the frosting I mixed the melted butter with the icing sugar and a few drops of vanilla essence. Then I left it to cool in the refrigerator while the muffins cooled.I used a piping bag to frost the muffins and then decorated them with amarenas and sprinkles...delicious!Store them in the refrigerator because of the butter cream….
