Put a layer of shortcrust pastry on the bottom of a silicon cake tin. Peel and core the apples and cut them into thin slices. Put the apple slices on top of the shortcrust pastry. Put some Fabbri amarenas and amarena syrup on top of the apple slices. In a bowl, mix the egg, sugar and margarine together with a whisk, and then add the milk, flour, baking powder and a bit of grated lemon rind. Stir well and then pour the mixture onto the apple slices. Add a few more Fabbri amarenas and syrup. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and dust with icing sugar.
