Ingredients

For the shortcrust pastry

300 g flour 

80 g sugar

1 egg 

130 g butter 

1 teaspoon of baking powder 

Grated rind of 1 lemon 

For the filling

Fabbri Amarenas 

a pinch of cinnamon powder

Time

Less than 20 minutes

Method

Make the pastry: put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend together. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For the filling: Roll out the pastry until it is about 5mm thick and line 10 greased stainless molds. Put two spoonfuls of amarenas inside each one and cover with another piece of pastry. Press the edges to close. Prick the top of the cakes with a toothpick and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes (until golden). Leave to cool and then dust with icing sugar!
