Mix the flour, crushed amaretti biscuits and the two types of sugar in a bowl. Cut the butter into little pieces and rub it into the flour mixture with your fingers, until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs. Place the Amarenas in an ovenproof dish, or individual ramekins if you prefer, and cover evenly with the crumble mixture, making sure that there are no gaps. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for the first 15 minutes and then at 180°C for the second quarter of an hour. Remove from the oven when the crumble is golden brown.
