With a fork, blend the gorgonzola and mascarpone together in a bowl, until the mixture is creamy. Take half a slice of Parma ham and spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture on top of it before dusting with poppy seeds. Place a Fabbri Amarena in the centre and roll up the slice so that the Amarena stays in the middle. Take the roll and roll it up again in the other direction with another half a slice of Parma ham, in order to close the 2 open sides and create a carefully sealed parcel. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the ingredients until you have made all 6 appetizers. Arrange them on a plate, dust with black pepper and serve immediately.
